Emma has been working in the corporate finance sector since qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2002. She joined the corporate finance division of Begbies Traynor Group in July 2006, the parent company of RBR Advisory.
She advises clients on acquisitions, equity fundraising, refinancing and disposals across a number of industries across the UK. Her particular specialism is working with owner managed businesses, guiding them through the sales process.
Emma regularly advises on finding the right advisor for the sale of a business and where an advisory led approach may be appropriate. Her tips include methods to maximise final price, whilst minimising stress and disruption to the sales process.
